Pelayanan kesehatan seperti puskesmas, Praktik Mandiri Dokter Bersama (PMBD), Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB), klinik pratama dan apotek dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat harus secara cepat dan tepat. Setiap masyarakat diharapkan tahu lokasi-lokasi fasilitas kesehatan yang paling dekat dengan tempat tinggalnya untuk mengantisipasi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan sebaran fasilitas kesehatan tersebut dengan memanfaatkan WebGIS sebagai laman (web). Serta analisis pemetaan titik lokasi sebarannya sudah merata atau belum pada masing – masing desa di Kecamatan Way Jepara Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskiptif dengan metode Nearest Neighbor Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peta sebaran fasilitas kesehatan berbasis WebGIS yang memuat informasi berupa kondisi geografis, tenaga kesehatan, non tenaga kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan dan fasilitas pendukungnya, data yang didapatkan kemudian dibuat menjadi WebGIS dengan menggunakan bantuan QGIS, plugins QGISWeb, leaflet dan GitHUB. Skor hasil uji usability sebesar 90,31%, artinya WebGIS sangat efektif, efisien, mudah diingat dan memberikan kepuasan bagi penggunannya. Selanjutnya peta sebaran fasilitas kesehatan di Kecamatan Way Jepara menunjukkan pola random (acak) yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan dengan metode Nearest Neighbor Analysis yang artinya fasilitas kesehatan di Kecamatan Way Jepara belum merata dan jarak antar lokasi yang tidak beraturan. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Kesehatan, Pemetaan, WebGIS. Health services such as puskesmas, Independent Joint Doctor Practices (PMBD), Independent Midwife Practices (PMB), primary clinics and pharmacies in providing health services to the community must be fast and precise. Every community is expected to know the locations of health facilities closest to where they live to anticipate things that are not desirable. For this reason, this research aims to map the distribution of these health facilities by utilizing WebGIS as a page (web). As well as analyzing the mapping of the location point distribution is evenly distributed or not in each village in Way Jepara District, East Lampung Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used, namely descriptive analysis with the Nearest Neighbor Analysis method. The results of this study are a WebGIS-based health facility distribution map that contains information in the form of geographical conditions, health workers, non-health workers, health services and supporting facilities, the data obtained is then made into WebGIS using the help of QGIS, QGISWeb plugins, leaflets and GitHUB. The usability test score is 90.31%, meaning that WebGIS is very effective, efficient, easy to remember and provides satisfaction for its users. Furthermore, the distribution map of health facilities in Way Jepara District shows a random pattern resulting from calculations using the Nearest Neighbor Analysis method, which means that health facilities in Way Jepara District are not evenly distributed and the distance between locations is irregular.
