Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh grade dan gender terhadap Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety pada siswa SMA di Provinsi Lampung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety Instrument versi bahasa Indonesia yang terdiri dari 20 pernyataan. Proses adaptasi dilakukan melalui metode back and forward translation serta ditijau oleh ahli bahasa. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMA di Provinsi Lampung. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan diperoleh siswa kelas X,XI dan XII yang berasal dari SMAN 1 Pringsewu, SMAN 2 Pringsewu, SMAN 1 Metro, SMAN 2 Metro, SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung, dan SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Confimatory Faktor Analysis untuk menguji kesesuaian model kuesioner Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety versi bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model fit dan valid. Selain itu, hasil analisis menunjukkan jika ditinjau dari gender, siswa perempuan lebih tinggi tingkat Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety dibandingkan laki- laki. Jika ditinjau dari grade peserta didik kelas XII lebih rendah tingkat Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety dibandingkan kelas X dengan perbedaan yang signifikan. Kata Kunci: chemistry laboratory anxiety, confimatory factor analysis, gender, grade This study aims to describe the influence of grade and gender on Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety in high school students in Lampung Province. The instrument used in this study was the Indonesian version of the Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety Instrument consisting of 20 statements. The adaptation process was carried out through the back and forward translation method and reviewed by a linguist. The population in the study were all high school students in Lampung Province. Samples were taken using a cluster random sampling technique and obtained students in grades X, XI, and XII from SMAN 1 Pringsewu, SMAN 2 Pringsewu, SMAN 1 Metro, SMAN 2 Metro, SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung, and SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung. Data analysis was carried out using Confirmatory Factor Analysis to test the suitability of the Indonesian version of the Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety questionnaire model. The results showed that the model was fit and valid. In addition, the results of the analysis showed that when viewed from gender, female students had higher levels of Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety than boys. When viewed from grade, grade XII students had lower levels of Chemistry Laboratory Anxiety than grade X with a significant difference.
