Abstract

Agroforestri meningkatkan keanekaragaman hayati dan produktivitas tanaman, sehingga sesuai untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan dan meningkatnya kebutuhan pangan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi apakah produksi agroforestri dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pangan rumah tangga di kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Wan Abdul Rachman. Metode rasio konsumsi digunakan dengan membandingkan produksi bersih terhadap konsumsi normatif standar sebesar 300 gram per kapita per hari sebagaimana direkomendasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementerian Pertanian. Data dari 70 responden terpilih berdasarkan rumus Slovin, dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem agroforestri menghasilkan berbagai komoditas seperti kopi, karet, kakao, dan buah-buahan yang mendukung ketersediaan pangan serta pendapatan rumah tangga. Analisis rasio konsumsi memperlihatkan bahwa produksi saat ini melebihi kebutuhan pangan minimum, yang mengindikasikan bahwa agroforestri berkontribusi signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan lokal. Kata kunci: Pertanian; Agroforestri; Pangan; Ketahanan pangan Agroforestry also enhances biodiversity and crop productivity, making it suitable for addressing land limitations and increasing food demand. This study evaluates whether agroforestry production can meet household food needs in the Wan Abdul Rachman Grand Forest Park area. The consumption ratio method was applied by comparing net production with the standard normative consumption of 300 grams per capita per day as recommended by the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Agriculture. Data from 70 respondents were collected using Slovin’s formula and analyzed through descriptive quantitative methods with Microsoft Excel. The findings indicate that agroforestry systems produce various commodities such as coffee, rubber, cocoa, and fruits, which support household food availability and income. The consumption ratio analysis shows that current production exceeds minimum food requirements, indicating that agroforestry contributes significantly to local food security.
