Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di Provinsi Lampung. Korban KDRT, khususnya perempuan tidak hanya mengalami kekerasan fisik, tetapi juga trauma psikologis yang berdampak pada kestabilan emosional dan kehidupan sosial mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk pendampingan psikologis yang dilakukan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (UPTD PPA) Provinsi Lampung terhadap korban KDRT, menjelaskan metode yang digunakan dalam proses pendampingan tersebut, serta dampak yang dirasakan oleh korban setelah menerima layanan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, dengan informan tenaga pendamping, psikologi klinis, kepala UPTD PPA, serta korban KDRT. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori relasi kuasa dari Michel Foucault. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pendampingan psikologis yang dilakukan oleh UPTD PPA Povinsi Lampung terdiri atas konseling psikologis, pemeriksaan psikologis (asesmen), edukasi psikologis (psikoedukasi), rehabilitasi psikologis, dan dukungan emosional selama proses hukum. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas Psychological First Aid (PFA), building rapport, observasi psikologis, trauma healing, dan dukungan sosial. Pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemulihan psikis korban, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, serta memberdayakan korban untuk keluar dari lingkaran kekerasan. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan Psikologis, Korban KDRT, UPTD PPA Domestic violence is a form of human rights violation that is still prevalent in Indonesia, including in Lampung Province. Victims of domestic violence, especially women, experience not only physical violence but also psychological trauma that affects their emotional stability and social life. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and describe the forms of psychological assistance provided by the Lampung Province Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) to victims of domestic, explain the methods used in the assistance process, and the impact felt by victims after receiving these services. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation, with informants including counselors, clinical psychologists, the head of the UPTD PPA, and victims of domestic violence. This research is analyzed using Michel Foucault's theory of power relations. The results of this study show that the forms of psychological assistance provided by the UPTD PPA of Lampung Province consist of psychological counseling, psychological examination (assessment), psychological education (psychoeducation), psychological rehabilitation, and emotional support during the legal process. The support methods used in this study consisted of Psychological First Aid (PFA), rapport building, psychological observation, trauma healing, and social support. This support had a positive impact on the psychological recovery of victims, increased their self-confidence, and empowered them to escape the cycle of violence.
