Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Peran Pemerintah Desa dalam Pengoptimalan usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah untuk menciptakan Lingkungan kondusif bagi pertumbuhan UMKM. Menganalisa optimal atau belum optimal di Desa Induk Margototo dan Desa Hasil Pemekaran Margosari mengenai Strategi Pemerintah Desa dalam Pengptimalan usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah sebagai Fokus Penelitian. Peran pemerintah dalam Konsep Pemerintah yaitu aktif, politis, responsif, self government, menggunakan Teori Strategi Pemerintah Desa oleh Edi Suharto (2015) terdapat 4 indikator yang menjadi strategi Pemerintah dalam Pengoptimalan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah. Pertama Indikator Sarana dan Prasarana, Peran Pemerintah Desa menjamin Infrastruktur seperti Jalan, Air, dan Listrik. Indikator kedua Dukungan Pemerintah, Pemerintah Desa Aktif, Responsif, Manajerial, melakukan Pembinaan. Indikator ketiga Ketersediaan Sumber Daya Manusia, Peran Pemerintah Desa, Lembaga Desa, serta Masyarakat Desa Aktif, Responsif, Pelatihan. Indikator keempat Akses ke Pasar, Peran Pemerintah dalam memberikan dukungan ke Pasar Lokal, Regional, Global untuk mempromosikan Usaha Masyarakat Desanya. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Bahwa Desa Induk Margototo hanya optimal di indikator sarana dan prasarana yaitu peran pemerintah desa menyediakan jalan, air, listrik sudah optimal akan tetapi pada indikator dukungan pemerintah, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, dan indikator akses ke pasar menunjukkan hasil yang belum optimal. Sedangkan desa hasil Pemekaran Margosari telah mengoptimalkan keempat indikator teori strategi pemerintah desa. Rekomendasi untuk pemerintah desa margototo sebagai desa induk haruslah lebih aktif dan responsif, inovatif mengenai peluang yang ada di Daerah Mereka, menjalin kemitraan, mengimplementasikan konsep pemerintah. Rekomendasi untuk pemerintah desa margosari peran pemerintah harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas dari 4 indikator tersebut optimalisasi seluruh penunjang usaha masyarakat desa margosari, penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan BUMDes dan menarik partisipasi pemuda lokal. Analyzing optimal or not optimal in the Main Village of Margototo and the Expansion Village of Margosari regarding the Village Government Strategy in Optimizing Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises as the Research Focus. The role of government in the Government Concept is active, political, responsive, self- government, using the Theory of Village Government Strategy by Edi Suharto (2015) there are 4 indicators that become the Government's strategy in Optimizing Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises. First Indicator of Facilities and Infrastructure, The role of the Village Government guarantees infrastructure such as roads, water, and electricity. The second indicator of Government Support, the Village Government is Active, Responsive, Managerial, conducting Coaching. The third indicator is the availability of human resources, the role of the village government, village institutions, and village communities in active, responsive, training. The fourth indicator is Access to Markets, the role of the Government in providing support to Local, Regional, Global Markets to promote Village Community Enterprises. The results of this study conclude that the Margototo Main Village is only optimal in the facilities and infrastructure indicator, namely the role of the village government in providing roads, water, electricity is optimal, but the indicators of government support, availability of human resources, and indicators of access to markets show results that are not optimal. Meanwhile, the village of Margosari Expansion has optimized all four indicators of village government strategy theory. Recommendations for the margototo village government as the parent village should be more active and responsive, innovative about the opportunities that exist in their area, establish partnerships, implement government concepts. Recommendations for the margosari village government the role of the government must further improve the quality of the 4 indicators optimizing all business support for the margosari village community, strengthening the institutional capacity of BUMDes and attracting local youth participation.
