Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kesulitan siswa dalam pilihan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan pilihan karier pada siswa kelas XI SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 130 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala pilihan karier. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara efikasi diri dengan pilihan karir siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh ⸀hitung=0,856 > ⸀tabel=0.334 yang signifikan pada taraf 0,05 kemudian dapat diartikan berkorelasi kuat dan hasil perhitungan menunjukan hasil yang signifikan positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi pilihan karir begitupun sebaliknya, semakin rendah efikasi diri maka semakin rendah pilihan karir. Kata Kunci: efikasi diri, pilihan karir The problem in this study is the difficulty of students in career choice. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career choice in class XI students of SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar. The population of this study was 130 students and the sample of the study was 35 students. The data collection technique used a self-efficacy scale and a career choice scale. The data analysis technique used Product Moment correlation. The results of the study showed that there was a very strong relationship between self-efficacy and students' career choices as indicated by the correlation coefficient value obtained ⸀count = 0.856 > ⸀table = 0.334 which was significant at the 0.05 level and then it can be interpreted as strongly correlated and the calculation results showed significant positive results. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the career choice and vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the career choice.
