Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Aktivitas enzim merupakan ukuran atau jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dari proses pemecahan substrat. Aktivitas enzim kitinase dan kitin deasetilase dapat dinyatakan sebagai banyaknya jumlah glukosamin yang dihasilkan dari pemecahan kitin selama waktu fermentasi tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat aktivitas enzim kitinase dan kitin deasetilase dari Actinomycetes ANL-4 dalam mendegradasi substrat kitin menjadi produk glukosamin berdasarkan jumlah glukosamin yang diperoleh setiap selang waktu 1 jam selama 4 jam waktu fermentasi. Kadar glukosamin hasil fermentasi ditentukan berdasarkan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bobot rendemen glukosamin paling tinggi diperoleh pada waktu inkubasi 3 jam sebesar 69,5 % dengan kemurnian sebesar 99,712 %. Kata kunci : Actinomycetes ANL-4, Aktivitas Enzim, Kitin, Glukosamin, Spektrofotometri UV-Vis ABSTRACT The activity of enzyme is the size or amount of products resulting from the process of a substrate degrading. The activity of chitinase enzymes and deacetylase chitin can be expressed as the number of glucosamine producted from the breakdown of chitin during the time of fermentation. The study is done to see the activity of chitinase enzymes and deacetylase chitin of Actinomycetes ANL-4 in degrading susbtrate chitin to be a glucosamine based on the number obtained the time within 1 hour to 4 hours of the time of fermentation. Condend of glucosamine fermentation determined based on the method of UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The research results show weight glucosamine which was highes obtained at the time of incubation 3 hours of 69,5 % with purity of 99,712 %.
