Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran duta genre dalam meningkatkan pemahaman remaja terkait Triad KRR khususnys di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Air Naningan di Kabupaten Tanggamus serta menganalisis kendala dan strategis yang dihadapi Duta Genre dalam menjalankan perannya. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengetahui peran duta genre. Penelitian ini melibatkan 7 informan yang terdiri 5 duta genre dan 2 pihak sekolah SMAN 1 Air Naningan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa duta genre menjalankan peran sebagai edukator dan konselor sebagau dengan melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai tiga ancaman dasar kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh duta genre seperti keterbatasan waktu, stigma sosial, dan keterbatasan pemahaman materi. Strategi yang dilakukan duta genre untuk mengatasi kendala seperti melakukan pendekatan informal, mengarahkan kepihak yang lebih ahli, dan meminta dukungan serta pelatihan tambahan. Kata Kunci : Peran, Duta Genre, Kesehatan Reproduksi, Remaja This study aims to examine the role of GenRe Ambassadors in improving adolescents’ understanding of the Triad of Adolescent Reproductive Health (Triad KRR), particularly at SMAN 1 Air Naningan in Tanggamus Regency, as well as to analyze the challenges and strategies faced by the GenRe Ambassadors in fulfilling their roles. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore the role of GenRe Ambassadors. The study involved seven informants, consisting of five GenRe Ambassadors and two school representatives from SMAN 1 Air Naningan. The results of this study indicate that GenRe Ambassadors play roles as educators and counselors by conducting socialization and educational activities to increase students' understanding of the three primary threats to adolescent reproductive health. The challenges they face include time constraints, social stigma, and limited understanding of the subject matter. To address these issues, GenRe Ambassadors implement strategies such as using informal approaches, referring students to more qualified experts, and seeking additional training and support.
