Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Sintesis superkonduktor BSCCO-2223 tanpa doping Pb (BSCCO-2223) pada kadar Ca = 2,10 telah dilakukan dengan metode padatan. Sintesis dilakukan selama 10 jam pada suhu kalsinasi 800oC dan selama 20 jam pada suhu sintering yang bervariasi yaitu 840oC, 845oC, 850oC, dan 855oC. Variasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu sintering terhadap pembentukan fase bahan superkonduktor yang dilihat berdasarkan fraksi volume, impuritas, dan derajat orientasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan suhu sintering dapat meningkatkan fraksi volume dan menurunkan impuritas. Fraksi volume BSCCO-2223 yang relatif tinggi adalah 80,43% pada suhu sintering 855oC. Sedangkan fraksi volume terendah adalah 73,22% pada suhu sintering 840oC. Derajat orientasi tertinggi adalah 67,80% pada suhu 855oC. Sedangkan derajat orientasi terendah adalah 56,69% pada suhu 850oC. Berdasarkan hasil SEM diinformasikan bahwa semua sampel telah menunjukkan lapisan-lapisan yang tersusun searah (terorientasi) dengan ruang kosong antara lempengan (void) relatif kecil. (The synthesis of BSCCO-2223 superconductor without doping Pb (BSCCO-2223) at levels of Ca = 2,10 has been carried out with solid method. The synthesis carried out 10 hours at temperature of calcination 800oC and 20 hours at temperature of sintering that varied is 840oC, 845oC, 850oC, and 855oC. Variation was carried out to determine the effect of temperature sintering on phase formation superconducting material that views based on volume fraction, impurities and the degree of orientation. Result of the research shows the increase temperature of sintering could increase the volume fraction and decrease impurity. Volume fraction of BSCCO-2223 that is relatively high is 80,43% at temperature of sintering 855oC. While the lowest volume fraction is 73,22% at temperature of sintering 840oC. The degree of orientation high is 67,80% at temperature of sintering 855oC. While the lowest degree of orientation is 56,69% at temperature 850oC. Based on the results of SEM informed that all samples have shown the layers are arranged in the same direction and the empty spaces between plate (void) is relatively small.
