ABSTRAK BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK SISTEM PEMANENAN AIR HUJAN PADA DESAIN RUMAH YANG BERDASARKAN FILOSOFI KEARIFAN LOKAL RUMAH ADAT LAMPUNG Oleh Ankavisi Nalaralagi Pemanenan air hujan belum banyak dilakukan di Indonesia. Pelaku pemanenan air hujan di Indonesia masih berkisar 2,3% saja dari seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Padahal Indonesia mempunyai potensi curah hujan yang cukup banyak untuk dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan suatu desain rumah modern yang berdasarfilosofirumah adat Lampung. Dalam desain rumah modern ini, bagian rumah di bawah panggung rumah dipakai sebagai tampungan air hujan (rainwater harvesting) untuk menjamin ketersediaan air di rumah yang bersangkutan dan mengurangi resiko banjir secara regional serta mengurangi resiko rumah terhadap tinggi muka air banjir. Desain rumah pada penelitian ini adalah desain hasil penggabungan dari rumah modern atau minimalis yang biasa terdapat di perumahan-perumahan dengan memakai filosofi kearifan lokal rumah adat Lampung. Desain rumah ini memiliki konsep rumah hunian yang berpanggung seperti rumah adat Lampung. Dalam hal ini diambil contoh rumah dengan luas 54m2 yang dapat dihuni 4-5 orang. Sistem pemanenan air hujan pada rumah yang didesain secara signifikan mampu menjadi alternatif sumber air domestik pada rumah yang bersangkutan. Untuk tahun-tahun basah, sistem pemanenan air hujan tersebut mampu mensuplai sekitar 80% sampai 90% dari kebutuhan air domestik tahunan. Sebaliknya, untuk tahun-tahun kering, sistem pemanenan air hujan tersebut mampu mensuplai sekitar 60% dari kebutuhan air domestik tahunan. Keuntungan yang didapat dari desain rumah hasil penelitian ini antara lain dapat mengurangi eksploitasi air tanah, dapat mengurangi resiko banjir regional, dapat mengurangi resiko banjir pada rumah tinggal, dapat menambah luas bangunan rumah tinggal, dan dapat mempromosikan kearifan lokal masyarakat Lampung. Pada akhirnya konsep rumah ini direkomendasikan untuk memberikan warna baru dalam desain-desain rumah modern yang ada pada saat ini, dengan menyelaraskan dengan filosofi rumah adat Lampung. Desain rumah ini dapat memberikan opsi lain kepada para pengembang (developer) perumahan untuk menerapkan konsep bangunan pada perumahan yang akan dibuat. Perpetrators of rainwater harvesting in Indonesia is still around 2.3 % of all the people of Indonesia . Though Indonesia has the potential rainfall enough to be used . This study aims to recommend design the house based on philosophy of traditional houses Lampung . In this modern home design , part of the house at the bottom of the stage house is used as rainwater (rainwater harvesting) to ensure the availability of water in the house in question and reduce the risk of flooding in the region and reduce the risk of home against flood water level . Design houses in this study is result of the combination between the home design modern or minimalist commonly found in residential housing using local wisdom philosophy custom home Lampung. This home has a concept design of residential such as custom home Lampung. In this case take a sample home with spacious 54m2 habitable 4-5. Rainwater harvesting system at home that is designed significantly to be an alternative source of domestic water in the house in question.For the wet years, the rain water harvesting system capable of supplying about 80% to 90% of annual domestic water needs. In contrast, for the dry years, the rain water harvesting system capable of supplying about 60% of annual domestic water needs. The benefits of home design, among others, the results of this study can reduce the exploitation of ground water, can reduce the risk of regional flooding, can reduce the risk of flooding in residences, can increase the area of residential buildings, and can promote local wisdom Lampung. In the end, the concept of this house is recommended to give a new color in the designs of modern houses that exist at this time , by aligning with the philosophy of traditional house Lampung . This home design can provide another option to the developers to apply the concept of housing in residential buildings will be made .
