Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital di bidang kesehatan, termasuk telefarmasi menjadi hal krusial dalam peningkatan mutu layanan dan aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat. Mahasiswa farmasi sebagai calon apoteker perlu memiliki pemahaman dan kesiapan yang matang sejak dini untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi layanan farmasi jarak jauh di masa depan. Hingga saat ini, data mengenai kesiapan mahasiswa farmasi terkait teknologi ini belum banyak diketahui. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Jurusan Farmasi Universitas Lampung terhadap 194 responden terdiri dari mahasiswa tingkat 1(angkatan 2025) - tingkat 4(angkatan 2022) yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi terhadap telefarmasi (93,3%) dan cukup (6,3%). Terkait persepsi, sebagian besar responden menunjukkan persepsi yang netral (57,2%) dan positif (40,5%). Sementara itu, tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa didominasi oleh kategori cukup (57,7%) dan tinggi (39,7%). Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa Farmasi Universitas Lampung secara umum memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik mengenai telefarmasi, namun masih memiliki persepsi yang netral dan tingkat kesiapan pada kategori cukup. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan integrasi teknologi farmasi dalam kurikulum untuk meningkatkan persepsi positif dan kesiapan profesional mahasiswa di masa depan. As future pharmacists, pharmacy students must possess comprehensive understanding and readiness from an early stage to ensure the successful implementation of remote pharmaceutical services in the future. To date, data regarding the readiness of pharmacy students concerning this technology has not been known. Methods: This research used an observational descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in the Pharmacy Department of the University of Lampung with 194 respondents consisting of students from 1st year (Class of 2025) to 4th year (Class of 2022) who were selected based on a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire and analyzed using analytical methods. Results: The results showed that the majority of students had a high level of knowledge about telepharmacy (93.3%) and moderate (6,3%). Regarding perception, most respondents showed neutral (57.2%) and positive (40.5%) perceptions. Meanwhile, the level of student readiness was dominated by the moderate (57.7%) and high (39.7%) categories. Conclusion: Pharmacy students at the University of Lampung generally have a good level of knowledge regarding telepharmacy, but still possess neutral perceptions and readiness levels in the moderate category. This indicates the need for strengthening the integration of pharmaceutical technology into the curriculum to enhance positive perceptions and professional readiness of students in the future.
