Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Pemilihan umum (pemilu), adalah sarana pelaksanaan kedaulatan rakyat dalam sistem demokrasi untuk memilih wakil-wakil rakyat, serta salah satu bentuk pemenuhan hak asasi warga negara di bidang politik yang dilaksanakan secara langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur dan adil dalam Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Saat ini pemilu adalah sarana untuk memilih anggota DPR, DPD, DPRD, Presiden dan wakilnya, Gubernur dan wakilnya, serta Bupati / Wali Kota dan wakilya. Saat ini pemerintah sedang mengembangkan pemilu secara elektronik yang disebut e-voting. Model pemilu elektronik yang dibuat menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag pasif yang terdapat pada Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (KTP Elektronik) untuk identifikasi. Dengan menggunakan NFC Shield sebagai sensor pembaca Unique Identification (UID) RFID dan ditambah mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai pengendalinya. Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise untuk membuat Graphical User Interface dan MS. Access untuk manajemen database. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa semua bagian dari sistem berjalan dengan baik. NFC Shield dapat membaca UID tag RFID KTP Elektronik yang kemudian diteruskan ke database pada komputer untuk diidentifikasi dengan membandingkan UID yang diterima terhadap database tabel pemilih dan tabel absensi memastikan hak suaranya masih dapat digunakan. Setelah sistem memutuskan UID tersebut diterima, akan berlanjut pada proses pengambilan suara. Sistem mengirimkan surat suara dan penduduk memberikan pilihannya. Pada waktu yang ditentukan dimana ditandainya pengambilan suara usai, maka admin dapat melakukan rekapitulasi. Namun ada beberapa KTP Elektronik yang tidak terbaca oleh sistem yang berarti telah rusak karena patah, pecah, atau meleleh. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Pemilu Elektronik dengan pembacaan RFID pada KTP Elektronik dapat menjadi model alternative e-voting. Abstract Elections is a means of implementing the sovereignty of the people in a democratic system to elect representatives of the people, as well as one of the fulfillment of human rights of citizens in the political field are held directly, general, free, confidential, honest and fair in the Unitary Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945. This time the election is a means to elect members of Indonesian Legislative Assembly, Parliament, Council, the President and the vice, the Governor and the vice, as well as the Regent / Mayor and the vice. Electronic election model are made using passive Radio Frequency Identificarion (RFID) tags contained in the Electronic Residen Identification Card (KTP electronic) for identification. By using NFC Shield as the Unique Identify (UID) reader sensor and microcontroller Arduino Mega 2560 as controller. Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise to create a graphical user interface (GUI) and MS. Access as database management. From the test results showed that all parts of the system is running properly. NFC Shield can be read KTP electronic’s UID tag which are then forwarded to the database on computer to be identified by comparing the received UID against voter database table and absentee table to make sure the right voice can still be used. After deciding UID system is accepted, will continue in the voting process. The system sends the ballot and give residents the choice. At the appointed time which indicated they were voting over, the admin can do recapitulation. However there are some KTP electronic are not readable by the system which means it has been damaged duo to a broken, cracked, oe melt. It can be concluded that the model of electronic elections reading on RFID in KTP electronic RFID can be an alternative model of e-voting.
