Abstract
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan Pengembangan Aplikasi Encoding dan Decoding Tree Menggunakan Kode Dandelion. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh Kode Dandelion dari suatu tree menggunakan encoding dan decoding. Proses encoding menghasilkan Kode Dandelion dan proses decoding mengubah kembali Kode Dandelion menjadi suatu tree. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan representasi tree terbaik. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini diberikan suatu studi kasus penggunaan Kode Dandelion untuk memecahkan optimasi biaya instalasi gardu listrik. In this research, we develop The Application of Encoding and Decoding Tree Using The Dandelion Code. It aims to obtain Dandelion code of a tree using encoding and decoding. The encoding processes generates code from a tree, and decoding processes a code back into a tree. This application is developed to produce the best tree representation. Additionally, in this research we give an example of problem that can use Dandelion Code for solving the lowest cost for electricity installation.
