Ekowisata gajah merupakan salah satu solusi dalam konservasi satwa liar yang memprioritaskan perlindungan, pendidikan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keberhasilan dalam manajemen ekowisata sangat bergantung pada seberapa puas para pengunjung dengan berbagai layanan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan para pengunjung terhadap ekowisata Gajah sumatera (Elephas maximus sumatranus) serta menganalisis faktor-faktor profil pengunjung yang mempengaruhi penilaian kepuasan terhadap ekowisata gajah di Resor Pemerihan (BBTNBBS), yang terletak di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September hingga Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan 85 pengunjung yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara tertutup dengan bantuan kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan di analisis menggunakan skala likert dan regresi linier berganda dengan metode SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap ekowisata gajah tergolong katogori cukup (3). Aspek objek dan daya tarik, infrastruktur, akomodasi, fasilitas serta pelayanan, dan sumber daya manusia dianggap cukup memadai katogori (3), meskipun masih ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kebersihan, fasilitas tambahan, dan mutu pelayanan. Selanjutnya, hasil regresi linier menunjukan bahwa waktu kunjungan (0,058) sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung ekowisata gajah. Dengan demikian, manajemen ekowisata Gajah sumatera di Resor Pemerihan harus lebih fokus pada peningkatan kualitas fasilitas dan pelayanan demi mendukung keberlanjutan ekowisata. The success of ecotourism management depends heavily on how satisfied visitors are with the various services provided. This study aims to evaluate the level of visitor satisfaction with Sumatran elephant (Elephas maximus sumatranus) ecotourism and analyze visitor profile factors that influence satisfaction assessments with elephant ecotourism at the Pemerihan Resort (BBTNBBS), located in Lampung Province. The study was conducted from September to October 2025, involving 85 visitors selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a closed-ended interview method with the help of a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using a Likert scale and multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) method. The results of the analysis show that the level of visitor satisfaction with elephant ecotourism is categorized as sufficient (3). Aspects of objects and attractions, infrastructure, accommodation, facilities and services, and human resources are considered quite adequate (3), although there is still a need to improve cleanliness, additional facilities, and service quality. Furthermore, linear regression results indicate that visit time (0.058) significantly influences visitor satisfaction with elephant ecotourism. Therefore, Sumatran elephant ecotourism management at the Pemerihan Resort must focus more on improving the quality of facilities and services to support sustainable ecotourism.
