Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi guna membantu administrasi sekolah. SDIT Baitul Jannah yang masih melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan kegiatan siswa secara manual menggunakan buku, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan seperti kehilangan data, keterlambatan informasi, serta kurangnya transparansi kepada orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen kegiatan siswa berbasis web guna mendukung pengelolaan dan pemantauan kegiatan siswa secara terstruktur dan terpusat. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototype dan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing dan di uji menggunakan user acceptance testing (UAT). Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan framework CodeIgniter sehingga memungkinkan akses informasi secara real-time dan terintegrasi.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, meminimalkan kesalahan pengolahan data, serta meningkatkan transparansi informasi antara sekolah dan orang tua. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat mendukung digitalisasi pengelolaan kegiatan siswa di SDIT Baitul Jannah. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Prototype, Black-box Testing, CodeIgniter, user acceptance testing The rapid development of information technology in the digital era encourages educational institutions to develop information systems to support school administration. SDIT Baitul Jannah still records and reports student activities manually using books, which potentially leads to problems such as data loss, delays in information delivery, and a lack of transparency for parents.This study aims to design and develop a web-based student activity management system to support structured and centralized management and monitoring of student activities. The system development method used is the prototype method, while system testing is conducted using black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The system is developed as a web-based application using the CodeIgniter framework, enabling real-time and integrated access to information.The results of this study are expected to produce a system that improves recording efficiency, minimizes data processing errors, and enhances transparency of information between the school and parents. Therefore, this system can support the digitalization of student activity management at SDIT Baitul Jannah.
