Abstract
Pengelolaan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) merupakan bagian penting dalam mendukung penjaminan mutu akademik di perguruan tinggi. Di Jurusan Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lampung, proses pengelolaan RPS masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam standarisasi format, pelacakan validasi, dan aksesibilitas dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan fitur pengelolaan RPS yang terintegrasi dalam Sistem Penjamin Mutu untuk mendukung proses penyusunan, pembaruan, validasi, dan penyajian RPS secara digital dan terpusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel dan MySQL. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing, sedangkan pengujian kinerja sistem dilakukan menggunakan Apache Jmeter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur pengelolaan RPS berhasil dikembangkan dan diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem penjamin mutu. Seluruh skenario pengujian fungsional memperoleh status lulus, dan pengujian kinerja menunjukkan sistem stabil di bawah beban pengguna. Sistem dinyatakan siap digunakan untuk mendukung pengelolaan RPS dan peningkatan mutu akademik secara berkelanjutan. Course Syllabus (RPS) management plays an important role in supporting academic quality assurance in higher education. At the Computer Science Department of Universitas Lampung, the RPS management process was previously conducted manually, resulting in issues related to format standardization, validation tracking, and document accessibility. This study aims to develop an RPS management feature integrated into the Quality Assurance System to support the digital and centralized processes of drafting, updating, validating, and presenting RPS documents. The development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The system was implemented as a web-based application using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Functional testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, while system performance testing was carried out using Apache JMeter. The results show that the RPS management feature was successfully developed and integrated into the quality assurance system. All functional test scenarios achieved a pass status, and performance testing demonstrated system stability under user load. The system is considered ready for implementation to support RPS management and continuous academic quality improvement.
