Abstract

Studi ini meneliti bagaimana pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah di Indonesia dengan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 508 pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia yang mengeluarkan laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah yang telah diaudit BPK-RI dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Partisipasi masyarakat dapat memperkuat pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah, dan partisipasi masyarakat tidak dapat memperkuat pengaruh belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Kata kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Belanja Modal, Kinerja Keuangan, Partisipasi Masyarakat This study examines how local revenue and capital expenditure influence the financial performance of local governments in Indonesia with community participation as a moderating variable. The population in this study was 508 district and city governments in Indonesia that issued regional government financial reports that had been audited by the BPK-RI within a period of 2 years. The sampling technique used in this study uses the census method. The research results revealed that local revenue and capital expenditure did not affect the financial performance of local governments. Community participation can strengthen the influence of local revenue on the financial performance of local governments, and community participation cannot strengthen the influence of capital expenditure on the financial performance of local governments.
