This study aims to analyze attributes that are considered important, analyze attribute performance, and analyze attributes that need to be maintained and improved at Warung Makan Ibu Iis. The study was conducted using a survey method at Warung Makan Ibu Iis. The number of respondents of 64 people was determined through non-probability sampling and quota sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out in November 2023. The data analysis method used was Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study on the calculation of the service attribute performance of the warung showed that the attributes that need to be improved by Warung Makan Ibu Iis are menu diversity and parking availability. The attribute with the highest performance level (X̅ ) is the comfort of the place with a value of 4.56, while the attribute with the lowest performance level according to consumers is menu diversity with a value of 4.41. Keywords: Attributes, Importance, IPA, Performance, Warung Makan Ibu Iis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis atribut yang dinilai penting, menganalisis kinerja atribut, serta menganalisis atribut-atribut yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan kinerjanya pada Warung Makan Ibu Iis. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei di Warung Makan Ibu Iis. Jumlah reponden sebanyak 64 orang ditentukan melalui teknik non-probability sampling dan quota sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan November 2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian perhitungan kinerja atribut pelayanan warung menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang perlu diperbaiki oleh Warung Makan Ibu Iis adalah keberagaman menu dan ketersediaan tempat parkir.
