Sistem agroforestri berperan penting dalam pengelolaan keberlanjutan agroforestri salah satunya dalam fungsi ekonomi, sosial, dan ekologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis keberlanjutan sistem agroforestri dari segi ekonomi, sosial, ekologi serta mengkaji pengaruh agroforestri terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling pada Gapoktan Margo rukun dan Gapoktan Harapan Sentosa. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah metode Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) melalui RAPFISH dengan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan ekologi dan software yang digunakan yaitu software R 4.5.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gapoktan Margo rukun dan Harapan Sentosa statusnya termasuk kurang berkelanjutan. Secara parsial dimensi sosial Gapoktan Margo Rukun tergolong berkelanjutan 66,74, sedangkan dimensi ekonomi dan Ekologi pada kedua Gapoktan masih kurang berkelanjutan. Atribut sensitif meliputi konflik sosial, aksesibilitasbilitas serta ketersediaan bahan organik. Sistem agroforestri cukup berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan hasil hutan bukan kayu seperti kopi dan gula aren, namun belum optimal dalam pendapatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai keberlanjutan sebesar 45,78 yang termasuk dalam kategori kurang berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor seperti pemanfaatan hutan, pendapatan masyarakat serta aksesibilitas menjadi pengaruh kesejahteraan masyarakat. Diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan dan peningkatan pengelolaan untuk mencapai keberlanjutan yang lebih baik. The purpose of this research is to analyze the sustainability of the agroforestry system in terms of economy, social, ecology and to examine the influence of agroforestry on community welfare. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling data collection techniques in Gapoktan Margo rukun and Gapoktan Harapan Sentosa. The data analysis used is the Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) method through RAPFISH with economic, social, and ecological dimensions and the software used, namely R 4.5.2 software. The results of the study show that Gapoktan Margo gets along well and Harapan Sentosa has a less sustainable status. Partially, the social dimension of Gapoktan Margo Rukun is classified as sustainable 66.74, while the economic and ecological dimensions of the two Gapoktan are still less sustainable. Sensitive attributes include social conflict, accessibility and availability of organic matter. The agroforestry system has a significant impact on the welfare of the community through the use of non-timber forest products such as coffee and palm sugar, but it is not optimal in income. This is shown by the sustainability value of 45.78 which is included in the less sustainable category. Factors such as forest utilization, community income and accessibility affect community welfare. Institutional strengthening and management improvements are needed to achieve better sustainability. Keywords: Agroforestry, sustainability, HKm, Community welfare
