%A 1323012008 FERA APRILIYANTI %T ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DALAM KONTEKS MANAJEMEN KELAS DI SD NEGERI 2 PESAWAHAN %X ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DALAM KONTEKS MANAJEMEN KELAS DI SD NEGERI 2 PESAWAHAN Oleh : FERA APRILIYANTI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru tentang Analisis Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru dalam Konteks perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi Manajemen Kelas di SD Negeri 2 Pesawahan Teluk Betung Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh disusun dan diberi makna kemudian dianalisis dan didiskripsikan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa : 1) perencanaan pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru dalam konteks manajemen kelas meliputi menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, menyusun silabus, alat dan bahan, menyusun rencana pembelajaran, kemampuan penguasaan materi pembelajaran untuk membimbing siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang bervariasi, penilaian dan bimbingan konseling, 2) pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru dalam konteks manajemen kelas meliputi pengaturan fisik kelas, transisi keluar dan masuk kelas, prosedur kerjasama/teamwork, prosedur pendistribusian materi, prosedur khusus untuk kegiatan rutin, prosedur atau rutinitas yang berhubungan dengan kreativitas siswa dan pembelajaran menyenangkan bagi siswa yang akan berimbas kepada kemampuan siswa dibidang akademik sehingga menghasilkan prestasi yang membanggakan, guru menjadi lebih berkualitas dan profesional dalam pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan 3) evaluasi pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru dalam konteks manajemen kelas dengan menentukan alat penilaian, mengevaluasi dan menganalisis penilaian pembelajaran. PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE ON A CLASS MANAGEMENT CONTEXT IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SDN) 2 PESAWAHAN By FERA APRILIYANTI This study aimed to analyze and to describe teachers? understanding on their professional competence development from a class management perspective: planning, implementation, and evaluation of the class management in Public Elementary School (SDN) 2 Pesawahan, Teluk Betung Selatan. This type of research is qualitative in nature. Data were collected using observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data were then compiled, given meaning, analyzed and described. Results of this study data are: 1) planning of the development of teachers? professional competence was limited to implementing capacity building mastery of learning materials to guide students in a variety of learning activities, 1) planning of the development of teachers? professional competence in classroom management context include determining learning objectives, create a syllabus, tools and materials, preparing lesson plans, teaching materials mastery ability to guide students in a variety of learning activities, assessment and counseling, 2) implementation of the development of professional competence teachers in classroom management context includes the physical setting,transition out of and into class, procedure of cooperation / teamwork, procedure of material distribution, special procedure of routines activities, procedures or routines associated with the creativity of students and learning fun for students that will impact the ability of students in academic resulting in a proud achievement, teachers become more qualified and professional teachers in learning and improvement in the quality of education 3) evaluate the development of teachers professional competence in the context of classroom management by determining the assessment tools, to evaluate and analyze the learning assessment.
