%A 1113031073 Wingga Eka Pasera %T PERBANDINGAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DL DAN INQUIRY DENGAN MEMPERHATIKAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI %X ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu dengan metode Discovery Learning dan metode Inquiry dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banjit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini 116 siswa dan sampel 58 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Pengambilan data dengan dokumentasi, tes, dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus anova dan t-test dua sampel independen. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan metode Discovery Learning dan metode Inquiry, (2) ada perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi tinggi dan rendah, (3) hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan metode Discovery Learning lebih tinggi dari pada metode Inquiry untuk siswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi tinggi, (4) hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan metode Discovery Learning lebih rendah dari pada metode Inquiry untuk siswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi rendah, (5) ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Kata kunci: Discovery Learning, Hasil Belajar IPS Terpadu, Inquiry Motivasi Berprestasi ABSTRACT This study examined the comparison of social studies learning outcomes with Inquiry and Discovery Learning ( DL ) method regarding the motivation achievement in studying in VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banjit. The method used in this research is called comparative method by using experimental approach. The population of this research consists of 116 students with the amount of the sample is 58 students. The technique used in this research is called Cluster Random Sampling. The data collecting technique in this research was using documentation, test and questionnaire. The hypothesis testing of this research was using two way anova formulation and independent groups t-test. The result of data analyzing showed: (1) there was a difference of students? result study of social studies using Inquiry methods and DL methods, (2) there was a difference of students? average result study for the students who had high and low motivation achievement, (3) students? result study using DL were higher than Inquiry methods for the students who had high motivation achievement in learning, (4) students result study using DL were lower than Inquiry methods for the students who had low motivation achievement in learning, (5) there was an interaction between learning method and students? motivation achievement to the students? result study of social studies.
