%A 1323031012 Gusnetty Jayasinga %T IMPLEMENTASI MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIME TOKEN ARENDS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERKOMUNIKASI DAN KERJASAMA SISWA DI SMK NEGERI 1 METRO %X ABSTRAK IMPLEMENTASI MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIME TOKEN ARENDS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERKOMUNIKASI DAN KERJASAMA SISWA DI SMK NEGERI 1 METRO Oleh GUSNETTY JAYASINGA Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan implementasi model cooperative learning time token Arends dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan kerjasama siswa; (2) mengetahui efektivitas model cooperative learning time token Arends terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan kerjasama siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan 2 kali pertemuan tiap siklusnya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Metro. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi model cooperative learning time token Arends dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan kerjasama siswa. (2) model cooperative learning time token Arends efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan kerjasama siswa pada kelas XII Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Metro. Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, cooperative learning, time token Arends, keterampilan berkomunikasi, kerjasama ABSTRACT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TIME TOKEN ARENDS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION SKILL AND COOPERATION OF STUDENTS IN SMK NEGERI 1 METRO By GUSNETTY JAYASINGA This research is aimed to describe and to know: (1) the implementation of cooperative learning model of time token Arends in improving communication skill and cooperation of students; (2) the effectiveness of a model of cooperative learning time token Arends to increase communication skill and cooperation of students. The research design applied an research class consisted of three cycles with 2 meetings for each cycle. The subjects were class XII Marketing 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Metro. Data collection technique in this research using observation sheet. The collected data were then analyzed comparative descriptive statistical technique. The results of this research were (1) implementation of cooperative learning models Arends time token can increase students' communication skills and cooperation (2) model of cooperative learning time token Arends can effectively increase communication skill and cooperation of students in the class XII Marketing 3 SMK Negeri 1 Metro.
