(2) Pelaksanaan program manajemen sumber daya pendidik untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. (3) Evaluasi dalam manajemen sumber daya pendidikan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. (4) Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi pihak sekolah dalam implementasi manajemen sumber daya pendidik untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan: (1) Program manajemen sumber daya pendidik untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya pendidik meliputi pelatihan dan pendidikan, workshop serta penelitian. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan serta workshop melalui In House Training (IHT), kemitraan sekolah, belajar jarak jauh, pembinaan internal oleh sekolah dan pendidikan lanjut. (2) Pelaksanaan program manajemen sumber daya pendidik membentuk karakter peserta didik menggunakan tiga strategi yaitu program pendidikan karakter peserta didik, mengintegrasikan keseluruhan mata pelajaran dan mengintegrasikan kedalam kegiatan sehari-hari. (3) Evaluasi manajemen sumber daya pendidik membentuk karakter peserta didik sudah dilakukan dengan maksimal sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang sudah ditetapkan. (4) Hambatan-hambatan implementasi manajemen sumber daya pendidik membentuk karakter peserta didik yaitu lingkungan keluarga peserta didik, pengaruh teman sebaya, media pembelajaran yang kurang lengkap dan kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Pendidik, Pembentukan Karakter ABSTRACT THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATOR RESOURCES IN ESTABILISHING STUDENT’S CHARACTERS (A CASE AT SMPN 27 BANDAR LAMPUNG) BY MAREYKE JESSY TANOD This research is aimed to analyze and describe: (1) the management program of educator resource, (2) the implementation of management of educator resource, (3) the evaluation in managing the educator resource, (4) obstacles which are faced by principals in implementing the management of educator resource which is led meet the main purpose of this research this research aplied a qualitative approach trought a cash study approach. The collecting data techniques were interview obserbvation and documentation . however, the data analisys techniques of this research were data reduction, data providing and conclusion otherwise verivication the result of this research can be conclused as the following: (1) the management program of educator resource in order estabilish the student’s character which was arranged for improving the quality of educator resource estabilishing the student’s character. The program consist of training of educating, workshop and research those program were the training and education program include workshop throught inhouse and training (IHT) school corporation, long distance learning, internal choaching by school principal and advance education. Those programs are concluded continually and comprehensively, meanwhile character building eduction research program was not be able to be implemented optimally. (2) the implementation of the program in order to support the success of educator resource management in establishing students’ character used in three strategies, such as education program for establishing the students’ character intergrating the comprehensive subject and integrating it in the daily activities (3) the evaluation of educator resource management for establishing students’ character was already conducted optimally based on the regulation of legislation that whas already stated . the evaluation of educator resource was intended to decide the decision in education policy, not only planning, but also in managing processing, and arranging the follow up of the education (4) obtacles in implementing the management educator resource in establishing students character were come from the students’' family background which was not conducive enought, the influence of friend, the lack of media of learning and the lack of socialization in character building education.
