This research was implemented in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak school year 2014/2015 with the design study was a one-shot case study. Based on the results of research and discussion, we concluded that (1) there was no significant relationship between science process skills toward science concept understanding; (2) there was a significant and positive effect between the scientific attitudes toward science concept understanding with a coefficient of determination of 65.4%; and (3) there was a significant and positive influence between science process skills and scientific attitudes toward science concept understanding with a coefficient of determination of 66.5%. Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) penga¬ruh keterampilan proses sains terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA; (2) pengaruh sikap ilmiah terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA; dan (3) pengaruh keterampilan proses sains dan sikap ilmiah terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-shot case study.
