Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process dan product). Penelitian dilakukan di kelas VII SMP IT Ar Raihan Bandar Lampung. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode interview, kuesioner terstruktur, tes, pencermatan dokumen, observasi dan focused group discussion dan dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan statistik nonparametrik maupun inferensif. Sebagian besar data kualitatif dikuantitatifkan dan sebagian diolah secara kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan terhadap pembelajaran blended learning sangat besar dari kepala sekolah, orangtua, guru dan siswa. Dukungan terhadap pembelajaran blended learning dari siswa (85\%), guru matematika (75\%), dan orangtua (84\%). Kualifikasi guru telah sesuai dengan Permendiknas No 16 tahun 2007, dan kualifikasi tenaga TI telah sesuai dengan Permen No 45 tahun 2009. Peralatan komputer untuk operating system (OS) masih di bawah standar. RPP dua guru matematika bernilai ?Sangat Baik? dan ?Kurang?. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dua guru matematika ?Baik? dan?Kurang?. Kehadiran guru dan siswa sangat baik. Keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran ?Sangat Baik?. Rerata skor Mid pertama 47,56 dan Mid kedua 53,54. Pencapaian skill lebih dari 100 diperoleh 82 siswa dari 103 siswa subyek penelitian (79,61\%). Sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran positif. Pembelajaran Blended Learning direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan beberapa perbaikan di penyediaan peralatan dan ketrampilan guru. EVALUATION OF LEARNING MATHEMATIC USING BLENDED LEARNING MODELS IN 7TH GRADE AR RAIHAN ISLAMIC HIGH SCHOOL ABSTRACT Widodo Tri Hardjanto This study aimed to inform the achievement of; (1) the strength of base reason of applied program, (2) availability level input, (3) level of process in applying program, and (4) result of learning mathematics using blended learning models. This study applied CIPP evaluation model in 7th Grade of Ar Raihan Islamic Junior High School Bandar Lampung. Data were collected using interview, questionnaires, test, documentation studies, observation and focused group discussion and analysed using non parametric and inferential statistic. Most of qualitative data were converted into quantitatives and the rest were analysed qualitatively. The result showed that support on blended learning is high from school?s society as existence of positive need by students, teachers and parents toward program. The teachers? qualification fit to Permendiknas No.16 Year 2007, and IT staff qualification fit to Permen No.45 Year 2009. Internet installation sliced below the standard on OS. Lesson Plan assessed as ?Very Good? and ?Poor?. Learning process assessed as ?Good? and ?Poor?. The presence of teachers and students were ?Very Good?. Students? participation on class was ?Very Good?. The score of first and second mid-test were 47.56 and 53.54, respectively. Achievement on skill showed that 82 of 103 students gained more than 100 skills. Students? attitudes toward learning process are positive. Blended Learning Model on Mathematics were recommended for further implementation with some improvements on facilities and teachers? skills.
