In an organization, human\r\nrelations theory explains that there is a positive relationship between\r\ncommunication and performance of employees. Communication that occur in both\r\naspects able to improve employees performance. Based on the above, then the\r\nresearch is intended to see how the role of interpersonal communication in the\r\n\"Sarapan Berjamaah\" to employees performance on the BAS PT Gunung Madu\r\nPlantations.\r\nThis study uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach that uses\r\nthe entire population in the study as research informants. The research instrument\r\nused was an interview guide (interview guidelines). Based on the results of this\r\nstudy it can be seen that\r\n1. Interpersonal communication that occurs within the \"Sarapan Berjamaah\" has\r\nsix elements, namely;\r\na) Opening of self (self disclosure), where from the 8 informants there are 6\r\npeople have good self opening, 1 opening of the informant had a selfsufficient\r\nand\r\n1 informant\r\nhas\r\na\r\nself-less\r\nopening.\r\nb) To build trust, where there are 4 people informants who had the trust and\r\nsupport are good, 3 people informants had enough trust and support and 1\r\ninformant who have the trust and support are lacking.\r\nc) The level of communication, where there are 6 people informants who\r\ncommunicated in early stages of heart or feeling, 1 informant was to\r\ncommunicate the extent stated idea or opinion and 1 informant who has a\r\ndegree in communications-nonsense;\r\nd) Expressing feelings, where there are 7 people who share her feelings with\r\ninformants both informants and 1 person who does not share his feelings\r\nvery well.\r\ne) Receive and support, where the informant can accept and support each\r\nother well.\r\nf) The benefits of \"Sarapan Berjamaah\" of the conflict, where there are 7\r\npeople informants who stated that the benefits of \"Sarapan Berjamaah\" of\r\nthe conflict and 1 of informant who claimed that the absence of benefits\r\nfrom the \"Sarapan Berjamaah\" to conflict resolution.\r\n2.
