%X This research aims to analyse the effect of the implementation of goodcorporate governance onbond yieldsusing thebond yieldasthe dependentvariableand. institutional ownership, board size, independent directorsandauditcommitteesas anindependentvariable.  Population of this research are all firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) of 2007-2011 periods. Samples are selected by using purposive sampling method that results 10 firms to be examined. Classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing by using multiple linear regression method are used for data analysis.  The result of this research shows that institutional ownership, board size, independent directorsandauditcommittees have significant effect on bond yields.
