description: Abstrak    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengalokasian dana Pengembangan  Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan (PUAP) oleh petani padi dan jagung yang menerima  dana Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan, (2) mengetahui kontribusi dana  Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan (PUAP) dalam bentuk fmansial  terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan petani padi dan jagung yang  menerima dana Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan, dan (3) mengetahui  peningkatan nilai tambah padi dalam peningkatan ekonomi pedesaan di Desa  Trisno Maju Kecamatan Negri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Trisno Maju Kecamatan Negri Katon Kabupaten  Pesawaran pada bulan Februari- Maret 2011. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 orang,  terdiri dari 36 petani kooperator (PUAP) dan 31 petani non kooperator (non  PUAP). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif (statistik)  dan kualitatif (deskriptif). Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah analisis  keuangan dengan analisis regresi dengan model fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas  dan. model rasio keuangan  Flasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Alokasi dana PUAP telah digunakan  untuk keperluan usahatani, hal ini menunjukan bahwa desa tersebut telah  menggunakan dana PUAP sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh  pemerintah. (2) Dana PUAP berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan  pendapatan petani padi dan jagung, (3) Subsistem agribisnis terutama di bidang  pengolahan padi memberikan nilai tambah sebesar Rp. 414,88 per Kg.  Kata kunci: Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan, Padi, Jagung, Nilai  Tambah                  Abstract    This study was aimed to analyze (1) the allocation of Rural Agribusiness  Development Fund (“PUAP”) by rice and com farmers who received the Rural  Agribusiness Development Fund, (2) the financial contribution of Rural  Agribusiness Development fund to productivity and income increases of rice and  com farmers who received the fund, and (3) the rice value-added increase in mral  economic improvement in Trisno Maju Village Sub-district Negri Katon  Pesawaran District.  The Research was conducted in Trisno Maju Village Sub-district Negri Katon  Pesawaran District on February-March 2011. By using simple random sampling,  this research employed a survey method to collect primary and secondary data.  The sample were 67 people, consisting of 36 farmers cooperators (“PUAP”) and  31 non-cooperator farmers (non-“PUAP”). The analysis used were quantitative  (statistical) and qualitative (descriptive) methods. Quantitative analysis used was  the regression analysis with CobbDouglass production function model and  financial analysis model with financial ratios.  The results showed that: (1) the allocation of “PUAP” funds has been used for  farming purposes, this showed that the farmers had used the “PUAP” funds  accordance with the regulations that had been set by the government. (2) the  “PUAP” funds contributed to increased productivity and income of rice and com  farmers, (3) the subsystem of agribusiness, especially in the field of rice  processing, added the rice value of Rp. 414,88 per Kg.
