TY - GEN ID - eprints12331 UR - http://digilib.unila.ac.id/12331/ A1 - 0714021065, Sisca Melianda Y1 - 2012/02/03/ N2 - Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pola konsumsi pangan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian di Universitas Lampung, (2) mengetahui tingkat kecukupan gizi (TKG) pada mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian di Universitas Lampung, dan (3) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat konsumsi pangan mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian di Universitas Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung. Pengambilan sampel mahasiswa dilakukan secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling), dengan jumlah 74 orang dari 3.873 populasi mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan mengunakan program SPSS 16.0 untuk menghitung kandungan gizi makanan, angka kecukupan gizi (AKG), tingkat kecukupan gizi (TKG) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pola konsumsi pangan mahasiswa belum beragam atau bervariasi.(2) Mahasiswa FP UNILA memiliki TKG energi sebesar 101,35%, TKG protein sebesar 86,7%, TKG vitamin A sebesar 87,0% dan TKG Fe sebesar 90,3%.(3) Tingkat Kecukupan Gizi energi, vitamin A dan Fe dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin. TKG protein dipengaruhi oleh jumlah pengeluaran pangan dan jenis kelamin. Abstract This research was purposed to: (1) find out the food consumption pattern of Agricultural Faculty student in Lampung University, (2) find out the nutritional adequacy rate (NAR) of Agricultural Faculty student in Lampung University, and (3) analyze factors influencing the rate of food consumption of Agricultural Faculty in Lampung University. This research was conducted in Agricultural Faculty of Lampung University. 74 samples of total population of 3.873 students were taken using simple random sampling. Data analyze methods were using double linier regression with SPSS 16.0 software to estimate nutritional content of food, number of nutritional adequacy (NNA), nutritional adequacy rate (NAR). The results showed that: (1) there was no variance in the students? food consumption patterns; (2) the students of Agriculture faculty in Lampung University had NAR of 101.35%, protein NAR of 86.7%, vitamin A NAR of 87.0%, and Fe NAR of 90.3%; (3) the rate of nutritional adequacy, vitamin A, and Fe was influenced by sex. Protein NAR was influenced by the sum of money expended for food and sex.
