endrobium merupakan salah satu genus anggrek yang banyak diminati karena
keindahan bunga dan keanekaragaman spesiesnya. Produksi bunga anggrek
dicapai dengan usaha budidaya yang baik, salah satunya dengan penggunaan
pupuk dan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) untuk memperoleh pertumbuhan dan
pembungaan anggrek yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)
jenis pupuk Rosasol yang menghasilkan tanggapan terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan
pembungaan anggrek Dendrobium, (2) pengaruh pemberian BA terhadap
pertumbuhan dan pembungaan anggrek Dendrobium, (3) ada atau tidaknya
interaksi antara pupuk daun Rosasol dan pemberian BA dalam mempengaruhi
pertumbuhan dan pembungaan anggrek Dendrobium.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas
Lampung dari bulan Februari-Oktober 2011. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan
rancangan teracak sempurna dengan faktor pertama adalah jenis pupuk daun, yaitu
Rosasol-N (h1), Rosasol-P (h2) dan faktor kedua, Benziladenin (BA), yaitu tanpa
BA (b0) dan 100 mg/l BA (b2).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk daun Rosasol- P atau
alternate Rosasol N- Rosasol P menghasilkan respon yang lebih baik
dibandingkan Rosasol-N pada pertumbuhan dan pembungaan anggrek
Dendrobium yang ditunjukkan oleh penambahan tinggi, penambahan jumlah ruas,
panjang malai, dan jumlah kuntum bunga, konsentrasi 100 mg/l BA memberikan
respon terbaik anggrek Dendrobium yang ditunjukkan oleh variabel penambahan
tinggi, dan terdapat interaksi antara jenis pupuk daun Rosasol-P dan tanpa BA
dalam pertumbuhan dan pembungaan anggrek Dendrobium yang ditunjukkan
pada variabel penambahan jumlah ruas.

Abstract

Dendrobium is a genus of orchids are much in demand for its beautiful flowers and
species diversity. Orchid production is achieved with good cultivation, one with the use
of fertilizers and plant growth regulators (PGR) to obtain orchid growth and flowering of
good. This study aims to determine (1) the type of fertilizer Rosasol which produces the
best response to the growth and flowering orchid Dendrobium, (2) the effect of giving the
BA on the growth and flowering orchid Dendrobium, (3) the presence or absence of
interaction between foliar fertilizer delivery Rosasol and BA in affects growth and
flowering of Dendrobium orchids.
The research was conducted in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, University
of Lampung months from February to October 2011. The experiment was conducted with
complete randomized design with the first factor is the type of leaf fertilizer, which is
Rosasol-N (h1), Rosasol-P (h2) and the second factor, Benziladenin (BA), ie without BA
(b0) and 100 mg / l BA (b2).
The results showed that treatment of leaf fertilizer-P or alternate Rosasol N- RosasolP
produces a better response than Rosasol-N on growth and flowering of Dendrobium
orchids indicated by the addition of high, increasing the number of segments, length of
panicle, and number of flowers, concentration of 100 mg / l BA gave the best response
Dendrobium orchids indicated by the addition of variable height, and there is interaction
between the type of fertilizer Rosasol leaf-P and without BA in the growth and flowering
of Dendrobium orchids shown in the addition of a variable number of segments.
