?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=MODIFIKASI+ALAT+PERONTOK+PADI%0D%0ATIPE+HAMMER+THRESHER&rft.creator=0614071018%2C+Ahmad+Harbi&rft.subject=+&rft.description=Abstrak%0D%0A%0D%0AAlat+perontok+padi+yang+sudah+dikembangkan+pada+penelitian+sebelumnya+yaitu%0D%0Adengan+menggunakan+prinsip+kerja+hammer+atau+memukul+tanpa+perlu+batang%0D%0Apadi+dipegang+operator.+Namun+proses+perontokan+tidak+sesuai+dengan+harapan%2C%0D%0Aalat+perontok+padi+ini+masih+terdapat+kendala%2C+jerami+menggumpal+membentuk%0D%0Asilinder+diruang+perontok+dan+tidak+dapat+keluar+sebagaimana+yang+diinginkan.%0D%0APenelitian+ini+bertujuan+untuk+memodifikasi+alat+perontok+padi+tipe+hammer%0D%0Athresher.+Modifikasi+yang+akan+dilakukan+yaitu+dengan+cara+menambahkan%0D%0Asaluran+pengarah+didinding+atas+ruang+perontok+dan+merubah+saluran+pengeluaran%0D%0Ajerami+disebelah+pengumpan%2C+dengan+lebar+15+cm+dan+tinggi+19+cm.+Dengan+cara%0D%0Aini+diharapkan+jerami+dapat+keluar+dari+ruang+perontok.%0D%0AMetode+penelitian+yang+akan+digunakan+meliputi+beberapa+tahap%2C+yaitu%0D%0Aperancangan+modifikasi+alat%2C+modifikasi+alat%2C+pengujian+hasil+modifikasi%2C%0D%0Apengamatan+dan+pengolahan+data.+Pengujian+alat+dilakukan+dengan+4+perlakuan%0D%0Ayang+berbeda+dengan+3+kali+ulangan%2C+dimana+letak+perbedaannya+pada+lebar%0D%0Atempat+pengeluaran+jerami+dengan+cara+manual.+Perlakuan+ini+terdiri+dari+lebar%0D%0A15+cm%2C+13+cm%2C+11+cm%2C+dan+9+cm.+Pengamatan+dilakukan+terhadap+persentase%0D%0Agabah+terontok%2C+persentase+gabah+tidak+terontok%2C+gabah+terontok+baik%2C+persentase%0D%0Agabah+terontok+rusak%2C+lama+perontokan+dan+kapasitas+kerja+alat+perjam.%0D%0AHasil+pengujian+menunjukkan+bahwa+saluran+pengarah+mampu+mengarahkan%0D%0Ajerami+menuju+pintu+pengeluaran+jerami%2C+Rata-rata+waktu+yang+dibutuhkan+untuk%0D%0Aproses+perontokan+gabah+seberat+5+kg+adalah+1%2C37+menit%2C+dengan+persentase+ratarata+gabah+terontok+baik+sebesar+98%2C58%25+dan+persentase+rata-rata+gabah+terontok%0D%0Asebesar+95%2C83%25.+Pengujian+kapasitas+kerja+alat+ini+dilakukan+dengan+merontokan%0D%0Apadi+dalam+sekali+pengumpanan+secara+kontinyu+ke+dalam+alat+perontok%2C+Alat%0D%0Aperontok+padi+tipe+hammer+thresher+ini+memiliki+kapasitas+kerja+rata-rata+sebesar%0D%0A106%2C43+kg%2Fjam.+Jumlah+ini+lebih+rendah+dari+jumlah+kapasitas+mesin+perontok%0D%0Apadi+tipe+power+thresher+yang+mencapai+500+%E2%80%93+600+kg+%2Fjam+yang+menggunakan%0D%0Atenaga+motor+diesel+sebesar+5%2C5+%E2%80%93+6+HP.+Sedangkan+pada+penelitian+sebelum%0D%0Adimodifikasi+kapasitas+kerja+alat+ini+sebesar+37+kg%2Fjam.%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0AAbstract%0D%0A%0D%0APaddy+thresher+machine+had+been+developed+in+the+previous+research+was+using%0D%0Ahammer+working+principle+or+the+machine+beat+the+paddy+straw+without+held+by%0D%0Aoperator.+However%2C+the+thresher+process+produced+unexpected+results.+The%0D%0Aproblem+was+that+the+paddy+straw+agglomerated+to+form+cylinder+clot+in+the%0D%0Athresher+chamber+and+cannot+be+disposed+as+it+was+expected.%0D%0AThe+objective+of+this+research+was+to+modify+the+hammer+type+paddy+thresher.%0D%0AThe+modification+was+conducted+by+adding+directing+channel+at+the+top+of%0D%0Athreshing+chamber+ceiling+and+to+modify+the+paddy+straw+disposal+channel+beside%0D%0Athe+feeder+with+dimension+of+15+cm+width+and+19+cm+height.+This+method+was%0D%0Aexpected+to+be+able+to+dispose+the+paddy+straw+out+of+the+threshing+chamber.%0D%0AThe+research+methods+to+use+included+some+stages.+They+were+machine%0D%0Amodification+design%2C+machine+modification%2C+testing+results+of+modification%2C%0D%0Aobservation%2C+and+data+processing.+The+machine+testing+was+conducted+with+4%0D%0Adifferent+treatments+with+3+replications+where+the+differences+were+on+the+width+of%0D%0Apaddy+straw+disposal+place+manually.+These+treatments+were+wide+of+disposal%0D%0Achannel+of+15+cm%2C+13+cm%2C+11+cm%2C+and+9+cm.+Observations+were+conducted+to%0D%0Apercentages+of+threshed+paddy+grain%2C+unthreshed+paddy+grain%2C+good+threshed%0D%0Apaddy+grain%2C+damaged+threshed+paddy+grain%2C+duration+of+threshing+and+machine%0D%0Acapacity+per+hour.%0D%0AThe+testing+results+showed+that+the+directing+channel+was+able+to+direct+the+paddy%0D%0Astraw+into+paddy+straw+disposal+gate.+The+average+of+time+to+thresh+5+kg+raw%0D%0Apaddy+straw+was+1%2C37+minutes+with+average+percentage+of+good+threshed+paddy%0D%0Agrain+was+98%2C58%25+and+the+percentage+of+threshed+paddy+grain+was+95%2C83%25.%0D%0ATesting+this+machine+was+conducted+by+threshing+paddy+straw+in+once+feeding%0D%0Acontinually+into+the+thresher+machine.+This+hammer+type+paddy+thresher+machine%0D%0Ahad+working+capacity+of+106%2C43+kg%2Fhour+averagely.+This+amount+was+lesser+than%0D%0Athe+power+thresher+type+machine+working+capacity+that+reached+500-600+kg%2Fhour%0D%0Aby+using+diesel+motor+of+5%2C5-6+HP.+The+hammer+type+paddy+thresher+machine+in%0D%0Athe+previous+research+before+modification+had+working+capacity+of+37+kg%2Fhour.&rft.date=2012-02-03&rf
