Tujuan dan sasaran kinerja disusun bersumber pada visi,\r\nmisi, dan rencena strategis suatu organisasi.\r\nBerdasarkan latar belakang maka dirumuskan permasalahan: Apakah kepemimpinan dan\r\nmotivasi secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan Fakultas\r\nTeknik Universitas Lampung, serta Kepemimpinan, motivasi juga berpengaruh terhadap\r\nkinerja tenaga kependidikan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung.\r\nAdapun Hipotesis yang diajukan : Kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap\r\npeningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung, dan\r\nKepemimpinan, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga\r\nkependidikan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung.\r\nHasil Pengujian hipotesis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan\r\nFakultas Teknik, menunjukkan bahwa dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 % dan derajat\r\nkebebasan sebesar 77, nilai t-hitung 13,786 ternyata diperoleh nilai signifikansinya sebesar\r\n0,000 di bawah alpha yang ditetapkan lima persen. Ini berarti secara statistik dapat dikatakan\r\nbahwa kepempimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Tenaga kependidikan terutama\r\nPemimpin memberikan perhatian yang penuh atas pekerjaan yang didelegasikan, Pemimpin\r\nmempunyai rasa tanggung jawab yang besar terhadap Fakultas yang dipimpinnya.\r\nSelanjutnya Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan, hasil pengujian\r\nhipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 % dan derajat kebebasan\r\nsebesar 77, nilai t-hitung 2,677 ternyata diperoleh nilai signifikansinya di bawah alpha yang\r\nditetapkan lima persen. berarti ada pengaruh yang nyata antara motivasi terhadap kinerja\r\ntenaga kependidikan. Ini berarti secara statistik dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin positif\r\nmotivasi (tambahan lain diluar gaji, rumah, penghargaan, hubungan kerja antar pegawai,\r\ntempat kerja yang aman dan nyaman, Jabatan pekerjaan, dan pengembangan karir), maka\r\nsemakin positif kinerja tenaga kependidikan. Koefisien regresi motivasi sebesar 0,189, ini\r\nberarti apabila tanggapan motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan naik sebesar satusatuan,\r\nmaka kinerja tenaga kependidikan sebesar 0,728 satu-satuan dengan asumsi\r\ntanggapan tenaga kependidikan pada variabel bebas lainnya tetap.\r\nSaran penulis diharapkan Pemimpin dalam pendelegasian tugas terhadap bawahan berjalan\r\ndengan baik, dan lebih banyak mendengarkan aspirasi dari bawah (button up), serta\r\ndiberikannya suatu motivasi yaitu peningkatan kesejahteraan dengan memperhatikan\r\nkebutuhan responden sehingga dalam menyelesaikan tugas tidak menunda pekerjaan, agar\r\nbekerja sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya."^^ .
