%A 1113034029 EMTIZAL SAPRODI %T PENGELOLAAN KELAS GURU MATA PELAJARAN GEOGRAFI DI SMA NEGERI 1 BANJIT KABUPATEN WAYKANAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015 %X ABSTRAK INDONESIA Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kelas guru mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 1 Banjit Kabupaten Waykanan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Banjit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa pengelolaan kelas guru mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 1 Banjit Kabupaten Waykanan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. 1. Motivasi kepada peserta didik cukup baik dengan persentase 42,5% dan 42,5%, 2. Penggunaan metode dan model pembelajaran sudah cukup baik dengan persentase 31,25%, 3. Urutan materi pembelajaran sudah cukup baik dengan persentase 46,25%, 4. Pengaturan latihan yang efektif sudah cukup baik dengan persentase 43,75%, 37,5% dan 41,25%, 5. Masalah perbedaan individu peserta didik sudah baik dengan persentase 55%, 6. Evaluasi pembelajaran sudah cukup baik dengan persentase 47, 5%,36,25% dan 40%, bimbingan siswa sudah cukup baik dengan persentase 35% dan 57,5% 7. Sarana dan Prasarana sudah cukup baik dengan persentase 38,75% dan 27,5%. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Kelas, Guru Geografi, Pembelajaran ABSTRAK INGGRIS The objective of this research was aimed to determine teachers classroom management in geography subjects in SMAN 1 Banjit, Waykanan in academic year 2014/2015. The method used was descriptive method. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Banjit. This study was a population research. The data collecting technique used was interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis. Based on the result it can be seen that the class management by geography subject teachers in SMAN 1 Banjit, Waykanan in academic year 2014/2015. 1. Motivation to the students was quite well with the percentage of 42.5% and 42.5%, 2. The methods and learning models used were already quite well with the percentage of 31.25%, 3. The order of learning materials was good enough with the percentage of 46.25 %, 4. The setting of an effective exercises was good enough with the percentage of 43.75%, 37.5% and 41.25%, 5. The problem of individual difference of learners was good with the percentage of 55%, 6. The evaluation of learning was good enough with the percentage of 47, 5%, 36.25% and 40%, the student guidance was quite good with the percentage of 35% and 57.5% 7. The infrastructures were good enough with the percentage of 38.75% and 27.5%.
