%A Heni Handayani 0817041031 %J Digital Library %T SINTESIS BAHAN SUPERKONDUKTOR BSCCO-2223 TANPA DOPING Pb PADA BERBAGAI KADAR CaCO3 %X Abstrak Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan memvariasi kadar CaCO3 terhadap bahan superkonduktor BSCCO-2223 tanpa doping Pb. Variasi kadar CaCO3 yang dilakukan sebesar 1,95, 2,00, 2,05 dan 2,10 menggunakan metode padatan (Solid State Reaction Method). Kalsinasi dilakukan pada suhu 800oC selama 10 jam, sedangkan sintering dilakukan pada suhu 850 oC selama 20 jam. Sampel hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakan X-Ray Difraction (XRD) dan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Pola difraksi sinar-X dianalisis dengan program Cellref, sehingga dapat diketahui fase BSCCO-2223 yang terbentuk. Selanjutnya dapat dihitung variabel pertumbuhan fase BSCCO-2223 {fraksi volume (FV), derajat orientasi (P) dan impuritas (I)}. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua sampel sudah membentuk fase BSCCO-2223 (yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya puncak-puncak fase BSCCO-2223) dan sudah terorientasi (ditunjukkan adanya puncak-puncak dengan h = k = 0 dan l adalah bilangan genap. Hasil fraksi volume (FV) yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini dengan masing-masing kadar CaCO3 1,95, 2,00, 2,05 dan 2,10, yaitu 63,81%, 67,39%, 71,25% dan 78,17%. Sedangkan derajat orientasi (P) pada masing-masing sampel adalah 45,56%, 44,65%, 33,20% dan 34,22% serta impuritas (I) sebesar 36,19%, 32,61%, 28,75% dan 21,83%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kadar dari CaCO3, maka semakin tinggi juga nilai fraksi volume (FV), sedangkan untuk derajat orientasi (P) tertinggi terdapat pada kadar CaCO3 1,95. Kata kunci: CaCO3, fraksi volume, derajat orientasi, fase Bi-2223. Abstract Studies have been conducted by varying levels of CaCO3 on BSCCO-2223 superconduction materials without Pb doping. Variations of CaCO3 is 1.95, 2.00, 2.05 and 2.10 using the method of solids (Solid State Reaction Method). Calcination was carried out at 800oC for 10 hours, while the sintering carried out at 850?C for 20 hours. Synthesized samples were characterized using X-Ray Difraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction patterns were analyzed by Cellref program, so could known BSCCO-2223 phase was formed. The next phase the growth of BSCCO-2223 variables can be computed {fraction volume (FV), the degree of orientation (P) and impurity (I)}. The results showed that all the samples have formed BSCCO-2223 phase (indicated by the peaks phase of BSCCO-2223), and is oriented (shown by peaks with h = k = 0 and l is an even number. Results volume fraction (FV) obtained in this study with their respective levels of CaCO3 1.95, 2.00, 2.05 and 2.10, is 63.81%, 67.39%, 71.25% and 78.17%. Whereas the degree of orientation (P) in each sample were 45.56%, 44.65%, 33.20% and 34.22%, and impurity (I) of 36.19%, 32.61%, 28.75 % and 21.83%. Results showed that higher levels of CaCO3, the higher the volume fraction (FV) value, whrereas for the highest degree of orientation (P) is in the levels of CaCO3 1.95.
