Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas skenario terhadap keefektifan diskusi Problem-Based Learning (PBL) pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung blok emergency. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Cross Sectional yaitu suatu penelitian dimana variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dikumpulkan dan diukur dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat Chi-Square. Dari analisis diperoleh bahwa dari seluruh responden yang menyatakan bahwa kualitas skenario diskusi PBL baik sebanyak 91 responden (54,2%), dan yang menyatakan kurang baik 77 responden (45,8%), diskusi PBL adalah efektif terdapat sebanyak 103 responden (61,3%), dan yang menyatakan tidak efektif 65 responden (38,7%). Terdapat hubungan antara kualitas skenario terhadap keefektifan diskusi Problem-Based Learning (PBL) bermakna karena p=0,001<0,05. Sarannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas skenario pendidikan pada mahasiswa peserta tutorial dan dalam penyusunan kurikulum Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Kata kunci : Keefektifan Diskusi, Kualitas Skenario, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Abstract Problem Based Learning (PBL) is one of the innovation train students in critical thinking, creative, rational and increase understanding of the material being learned and give the real experience of the students. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the quality of the scenario of the effectiveness of discussion Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to the students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung at block emergency. This research was a cross sectional study in which the independent variables and the dependent variable was collected and measured at the same time. Analyzed used univariate and bivariate Chi-Square. From the analysis found that of all respondents stated that the quality of the discussion PBL good scenario as many as 91 respondents (54.2%), and which states were less well 77 respondents (45.8%), discussion PBL was effective as many as 103 respondents (61, 3%), and stating ineffective 65 respondents (38.7%). There was a relationship between the quality of the scenarios of the effectiveness of discussion Problem-Based Learning (PBL) meaningful because p = 0.001 <0.05, His advice to improve the quality of education scenario in students participating in tutorials and curriculum development Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung.
