Smartphone merupakan alat komunikasi dengan kemampuan canggih yang mampu mengakses teknologi dan informasi, dan mampu mengolahnya menjadi fitur atau aplikasi baru. Pengguna biasanya kesulitan memilih smartphone yang ingin dibeli karena banyaknya jenis smartphone, fitur, dan harga. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu pengguna menentukan smartphone sesuai alternatif dan kriteria yang diinginkan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), dimana metode AHP digunakan untuk mencari alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan dan metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk memilih smartphone berdasarkan konsep bahwa alternatif terbaik tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif tetapi juga memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Kedua metode ini digunakan karena mampu memilih alternatif terbaik sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang optimal sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan dana yang dimiliki pengguna. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pada pengujian kepuasan pengguna saat menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan smartphone diperoleh nilai 80.25% dimana kepuasan pengguna berada dalam kategori Baik.

ABSTRACT
Smartphone is a communication tool with advanced capabilities that afford access to technology and information, and is able to process them into new features or applications. Users are usually difficult to choose a smartphone to be purchased because there are so many types of smartphones, features, and prices. So it takes a decision support system that can help users determine smartphone accordance with alternative and desirable criteria. In this research, the method used is the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), where the AHP method is used to find the best alternative based on the prescribed criteria and TOPSIS method used to choose smartphones based on concept that the best alternatives not only has shortest way from positive ideal solution but also has longest way from negative ideal solution. Both of these methods are used to choose the best alternative in accordance with the specifications and funds owned by the user. The testing result of the system shows that the user satisfaction using smartphones selection decision support system as about 80.25% which is shows that user satisfaction is in Good category.
