Primary data collection was done by field observations that was counting percolation and soil density. Percolation was measured by using lisimeter embedded into the ground. Rainfall data was obtained from BMKG (Climatology Meteorology and Geophysics) Astra Ksetra Tulang Bawang, while the reference evapotranspiration data (ETo) was from BMKG Branti. Percolation measurements was performed using lisimeter in the Sub Tulang Bawang Tengah. Lisimeter had 35 cm diameter, 111 cm circumference and 42 cm high. Percolation rate measurement results on average in the District of Tulang Bawang Tengah amounted to 4.4 mm / day. With the conclusion of research porzolik yellow red soil texture in the Tulang Bawang Barat Regency is Sandy Clay Loam. Based on simulation results, the most efficient Planting Month was February, compared to planting in March and December. Planting in February required the smallest pond area (380 m2) with Rain Water Harvesting Efficiency of 91%.
