%X The Shia Islam was present as a reality that is important , therefore, it is very necessary Shia studied as a objective fact of life. The author in this opportunity wants to do research on Shia chaplain communication in Bandar Lampung. The author would like to know how the Shia Chaplain communication in delivering propaganda in order to create harmony among Muslims in Bandar Lampung.  This type of research used is qualitative research type. The data regarding collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and literature are treated with the process of editing and interpretation and then analyzed by the data reduction techniques on the data obtained. Determination of the number of informants in this study were calculated using purposive method with the numbers of informants of 6 people.  The purpose of this research was to describe the process of delivering a message including group communication, interpersonal communication and transcendental communication used by Shia Chaplain Bandar Lampung in delivering da’wah. The Theories of research used are Interpersonal Communication Theory, Group Communication Theory and Transcendental Communication Theory.  Based on the results of research and discussion, from the form of interpersonal communication found role models in the interaction takes place. From the form of group communication was found interact system with the models ‘Content Dimension'. Transcendental form of communication found a transcendental communication with the leaders in the communication in groups.
