abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai partisipasi wanita bekerja di Pulau
Pasaran. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang
mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi dengan variabel bebas yaitu upah tenaga kerja
wanita, pendapatan suami dan tingkat pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
alat analisis Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan program E-views . Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah tenaga kerja wanita berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap
jam kerja.
Kata Kunci: jam kerja wanita, upah tenaga kerja wanita, pendapatan suami
dan tingkat pendidikan wanita.


ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS

The purpose of this study to know participation values of women labor on
Pasaran Island. In the other that, this study aimed to know the factors influence of
participation values with independendent variable, the variables are wage
women’s labor, wage her husband and education degree. This study use Ordinary
Least Square (OLS) Methode with E-views program. The result indicate there are
positive relations between working hours with wage women’s labor. Meanwhile
education degree has negative relation with working hours.
Key words: working hours, women’s labor, husband income and education
degree.
