%X Head of region is a leader for the people in the region. He was elected directly by the people in the area. Therefore, the important thing to do is to care about the issues that touch the majority of the public. Some of the problems that led to conflict and unrest in the region indicate that political communication is not effectively carried out by regional heads toward the people and their subordinates. Effective communication is marked by openness, empathy, supportive behavior, positive behavior and equality.
