N2  - Regeneration in a political party is very important for the party?s
continuity. The regeneration is a process of preparing human resources so that
they would be leaders who are capable to build the better organizational roles and
functions in future. The roles of political party who is regeneration system are
important to be better quality party?s leaderships. Whatsoever, the future of the
political party should be determined by qualities of its cadre that in turn would be
nation?s leader.
This research purposes to find out regeneration system and strategy
conducted by ?DPD PK-Sejahtera? party in Bandar Lampung city in developing
its regeneration, and also its steps in building cadre who has commitment to the
party and has professional human resource.
