This type of research is qualitative research, the use of informants as a primary data source. This approach can extract as much information as possible and as deep as possible so that we will learn very clear about what is being investigated. Collecting data through observation and documentation of in depth interviews. As for the conclusions of this study are as follows : (1) Extracurricular activities performed during hours of study (face to face), both conducted at school or outside school with the intention to enrich and expand the knowledge, skills and capacity which has been owned by several fields of study. (2) Basically, students follow the extracurricular activities based on internal as motivation, interests, talents, hobbies and intelligence factors. (3) Internal factor is the factor which falls within the own students, such as motivation, interests, talents, pastimes, and intelligence. (4) In the general interests become internal factors as support students follow the extra-curricular activities at school. (5) Interest is a preferred taste and sense of interest in a subject or activity, without telling us. The interest is essentially a relationship between the acceptance of yourself with something outside of ourselves. (6) All interested students can channel and develop extracurricular activities that interest is not only as a hobby, but can cause achievements. (7) Included in the interests of the students must be developed should not be taken no action, since the interests of the students to new activities, acquire knowledge and new experiences.
