Sehingga peneliti ingin mengetahui kondisi teladan pimpinan, pengawasan melekat dan insentif serta seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap disiplin. Perumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana kondisi teladan pimpinan, pengawasan melekat dan insentif terhadap disiplin dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Pemuda Dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Tanggamus Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang di sebarkan kepada 31 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan sampel jenuh, sedangkan teknik pengolahan data, entry data, pemindahan data, serta penyajian data menggunakan program SPSS 16. Teknik analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi, regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kondisi teladan pimpinan, pengawasan melekat, insentif dan disiplin sudah baik. Tteladan pimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin sebesar 24,1 %. Pengawasan melekat berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin sebesar sebesar 4,4%. Insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin sebesar 60,8%, dan pengaruh teladan pimpinan, pengawasan melekat, dan insentif secara simultan terhadap disiplin sebesar 32,4% sedangkan sisanya 67,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Teladan Pimpinan, Pengawasan Melekat, Insentif EFFECT OF EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP, SUPERVISION ATTACHED, AND THE INCENTIVE TO DISCIPLINE THE CIVIL SERVANTS DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, TOURISM, YOUTH AND SPORTS TANGGAMUS This research problem is a decrease in discipline the civil servants department of culture, tourism, youth and sports Tanggamus because not maximal exemplary leadership, supervision attached and incentives role applied. So the researchers wanted to know the condition of exemplary leadership, supervision attached and incentives and how much influence on the discipline. Formulation of the problem is how the condition of exemplary leadership, supervision attached, incentive, discipline and how much influence exemplary leadership, supervision attached, and incentive on the discipline. The type of research is associative with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires which were distributed to 31 personally the civil servants by saturated sampling, while the technique of data processing, data entry, and presentation of data using SPSS 16. Data analysis is presented in the form of descriptive statistics table, classic assumption test, correlation, multiple linear regression, t test and test F. Based on the result of research, the condition exemplary leadership, supervision attached, incentives and discipline is good. The influence exemplary leadership has signifikan effect on the discipline of 24,1%. The influence supervision attached has not signifikan effect on the discipline of 4,4%. The influence incentive has signifikan effect on the discipline of 60,8% and the influence exemplary leadership, supervision attached, and incentives simultaneously on the discipline of 32,4%, while the remaining 67,6% are influenced by other factors.
