N2  - Gagal ginjal kronik adalah suatu kerusakan pada struktur atau fungsi
ginjal yang berlangsung ? 3 bulan dengan atau tanpa disertai penurunan
glomerular filtration rate (GFR). Terapi yang digunakan pada pasien gagal ginjal
kronik salah satunya adalah hemodialisis. Pada pasien yang menjalani
hemodialisis ditemukan adanya gangguan sistem imun yang dapat meningkatkan
risiko infeksi sekunder. Gangguan ini ditandai dengan perubahan jumlah dan
fungsi limfosit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata
kadar limfosit pre dan post hemodialisis pasien gagal ginjal kronik di RSUD Dr.
H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2015.
Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif ? analitik komparatif dengan
pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 37 responden pasien gagal ginjal
kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata kadar limfosit mengalami
penurunan sebesar 298 ± 350,35413 setelah pasien menjalani hemodialisis.
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar
limfosit pre dan post hemodialisis yang bermakna dengan nilai p = 0,000
(p<0,05).

ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS

Chronic renal disease is a structural or functional kidney damage for ? 3
months, with or without decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR). One of
therapy used in patient with chronic renal disease is hemodialysis. Patient
undergoing hemodialysis found to have immunity disorder that can increase the
risk of secondary infection. This abnormality is characterized by changes in
number and function of lymphocyte. The aim of this study is to find out the
differences of pre and post hemodialysis lymphocyte levels in chronic renal
failure patient at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province 2015.
Design of this study are descriptive ? comparative analytic with crosssectional
approach involving 37 patients of chronic renal disease undergoing
hemodialysis.
The result showed that the mean level of lymphocytes decreased by 298 ±
350,35413 after having a hemodialysis treatment. Based on these result, it was
concluded that there is a significant differences of pre and post hemodialysis
lymphocyte levels with p value = 0,000 (p<0,05).
