Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian pengembangan R&D, yaitu: (1) penelitian dan pengumpulkan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji coba pendahuluan (validasi desain dan uji coba terbatas), (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba lapangan, (7) revisi produk utama, (8) uji coba operasional, (9) revisi produk akhir, (10) produksi massal. Subjek uji coba adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Lentera Harapan Jati Agung dan siswa kelas XI SMA Assalam Tanjung Sari. Hasil pengembangan model pembelajaran dari TAI diberi nama TAI making correction karena kegiatan saling mengoreksi dijadikan sebagai kegiatan utama. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t, model pembelajaran TAI tipe making correction lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan sosial siswa SMA pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi. Kata-kata Kunci: Pengembangan, model pembelajaran, TAI, making correction, hasil belajar, keterampilan sosial. ABSTRACT The main objective of this study was to develop a learning model of Team Assested Individualization (TAI) on Accounting subject specially to increase achievement and social skills of high school students. Research carried out by the R & D development method research are (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning; (3) develop preliminary product; (4) preliminary field testing Population and sample was conducted by grade on social XI of Lentera Harapan senior high school students at Jati Agung, and grade on social XI Assalam senior high school at Tanjung Sari. Results of the the learning model development of TAI was given the name is TAI making correction for correcting each other activities serve as the main activity. Based on t-test results can be concluded that the learning model of TAI making correction more effectively improve achievement and the social skills of high school students on Accounting subject.
