abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengetahui pembinaan semangat nasionalisme
siswa melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode case study. Metode
pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil
dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pembinaan semangat nasionalisme
melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 1 Pagelaran
Kabupaten Pringsewu yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip yang terkandung
dalam nasionalisme yaitu (1) prinsip kebersamaan, (2) prinsip persatuan dan
kesatuan, (3) prinsip demokrasi. Dalam membina semangat nasionalisme siswa
melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler yaitu dengan metode problem solving, diskusi,
observasi dan tanya jawab dan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dominan
yaitu Pramuka, OSIS dan olahraga sehingga terbentuk watak dan kepribadian
menjadi warganegara yang baik serta mencintai bangsa dan negaranya melalui
pembinaan sikap dan tatakrama.

abstract

This study aims to determine the spirit of nationalism coaching students through
intra and extra-curricular activities. This study used a qualitative approach with
case study method . Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and
documentation. The results of this study indicate that: Fostering the spirit of
nationalism through intra-curricular and extracurricular SMP N 1 performances
District Pringsewu is to integrate the principles contained in nationalism, namely
(1) the principles of togetherness, (2) the principle of unity, (3) the principles of
democracy. In fostering the spirit of nationalism students through activities
intracurricular is by the method of problem solving, discussion, observation and
debriefing and through extracurricular activities that dominant is Scouts, student
council and sports to form his character and personality become good citizens as
well as the love of the nation and the country through the development of attitudes
and manners.
