Kata kunci: Bee pollen, fenol, ibuprofen, hepar ABSTRACT Our body need an important substace which is antioksidant that can protect it from a free radicals. Antioxidant can be found in Bee pollen honey that contains fenol that can heal hepar that inducted by ibuprofen. Ibuprofen has a poison to hepar that needs antioxidant to protecct even heal hepar that has inducted by ibuprofen as hepatotoxic. A hepar damage here is counted by the amount of hepar cells that turbid- swollen to see the damage rate or hepar and the evective dose to heal hepar thar has inducted by ibuprofen. In this study there were 24 samples that divided into 4 groups. Group A is the normal control (distilled ibuprofen). Group B is negative control (ibuprofen and distilled Bee pollen honey half of the recommended dose (0,77 mL/kg’s rat). Group C were induced by ibuprofen and Bee pollen honey with recommended dose (1,54 mL/kg’s rat). Group D were given ibuprofen and Bee pollen honey with the higher dose (2,08 mL/kg’s rat). Treatment was given for 14 days. Termination was doneby anesthesia thatused ketamine-xylazineintaperitoneal, then euthanasia by cervical dislocation method, after that hepar was taken and slide was made with hematoxylin-eosin (HE). The results show an effect of Bee pollen honey on histopathology imaging of Sprague Dawley strain white rat’s hepar that induced by ibuprofen. Keywords: Bee pollen, fenol, ibuprofen, hepar
