%A 0854023022 LINANDA ANGGRAINI %T ANALISIS KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF DAN KOMPARATIF USAHATANI KOPI ROBUSTA DI KECAMATAN PUGUNG KABUPATEN TANGGAMUS %X Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis keunggulan kompetitif usahatani kopi robusta, dan (2) menganalisis keunggulan komparatif usahatani kopi robusta di Kecamatan Pugung, Kabupaten Tanggamus. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Banjar Agung Udik dan Banjar Agung Ilir. Jumlah responden adalah 24 petani yang dipilih secara acak berdasarkan umur tanaman dari 132 populasi petani kopi yang hanya menanam kopi atau penghasilan utamanya dari berusahatani kopi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix) untuk menganalisis keunggulan kompetitif dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Usahatani kopi robusta di Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dengan nilai PCR (Private Cost Ratio) sebesar 0,95 yang bermakna bahwa untuk memperoleh nilai tambah sebesar Rp1,00, maka besarnya biaya input domestik yang dikeluarkan petani, yaitu Rp0,95; (2) usahatani kopi robusta di Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus memiliki keunggulan komparatif dengan nilai DRCR (Domestic Resource Cost Ratio) sebesar 0,70 yang bermakna bahwa untuk memperoleh nilai tambah sebesar Rp1,00 diperlukan biaya input domestik sebesar Rp0,70. Secara keseluruhan, usahatani kopi robusta di Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus layak untuk diusahakan karena nilai PCR dan DRCR kurang dari 1. ABSTRACT The research aims to analyze the competitive and comparative advantages of robusta coffee farming in the Pugung Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency. This research was conducted in the village of Banjar Agung Udik and Banjar Agung Ilir. The number of respondents was 24 farmers who were selected randomly based on the age of the plant population of 132 robusta coffee farmers who only grow coffee or main income from robusta coffee farming. The data was analyzed by PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix), for analyzing the competitive and comparative advantage. The results showed that: (1) robusta coffee farming in the Subdistrict of Pugung of Tanggamus Regency had competitive advantage in which value of PCR (Private Cost Ratio) was 0.95; this meant that in order to obtain the added value of Rp1.00, the amount of domestic input costs incurred farmers was Rp0.95; (2) robusta coffee farming in the Subdistrict of Pugung Tanggamus also had comparative advantage in which DRCR (Domestic Resource Cost Ratio) was 0.70, meant that in order to obtain the added value of Rp1.00 required domestic input cost Rp0.70. In overall, robusta coffee farming in the Pugung Subdistrict of Tanggamus Regency was feasible to be developed for PCR and DRCR value were less than 1.
