Analisis untuk data skala ordinal biasanya dilakukan dengan menghitung
persentase frekuensi atau rata-ratanya berdasarkan bobot yang telah ditentukan.
Akan tetapi cara tersebut menghasilkan nilai yang sulit ditafsirkan ke dalam
makna yang sebenarnya dan menimbulkan ketidakpastian.  Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy
merupakan proses penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan logika fuzzy yang
merupakan salah satu cara untuk melakukan analisis sistem yang mengandung
kesamaran (fuzziness) serta konsep tidak pasti. Salah satu metode yang digunakan
dalam sistem inferensi fuzzy ialah metode Sugeno orde nol. Metode ini
menggunakan konsekuen bernilai konstan dan fuzzy singleton. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem inferensi fuzzy Metode Sugeno orde nol
untuk data skala ordinal dengan lima tingkatan. Adapun tahapan dalam sistem
inferensi fuzzy metode Sugeno orde nol untuk data ordinal yaitu ; menentukan
variabel dan himpunan fuzzy, fuzzifikasi, pembentukan aturan fuzzy dengan fungsi
implikasi, dan defuzzifikasi. Pada data hasil survey tingkat kepuasan siswa
terhadap pelayan pada aspek kejelasan pelayanan, diperoleh hasil akhir sebesar 56
yang berarti Cukup Puas.

ABSTRACT
 

Analysis for ordinal scale data is usually by calculating the percentage of
frequency or average based on weight which has been determined. But the result
can’t be interpreted into the true meaning and create uncertainty. Fuzzy Inference
System is the process of drawing conclusions based on fuzzy logic, that is one
way to analyzed a system containing vagueness (fuzziness) and uncertainty. One
of the methods used in fuzzy inference system is zero-order Sugeno method. This
method use constant consequent and fuzzy singleton. The purpose of this research
is to analyze the fuzzy inference system with Sugeno zero order method for
ordinal scale data with five levels. The stages in the fuzzy inference system zeroorder

Sugeno method for ordinal data are; determining variables and fuzzy sets,
fuzzification, create fuzzy rules with  implications function, and defuzzification.
Based on the data from study case, we found that the value of service clarity
aspect is 56, that is Quite Satisfied.
