FISKAL DI INDONESIA PERIODE (2001-2014)
%X Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah subsidi BBM, harga
minyak mentah Indonesia dan utang dalam negeri pemerintah mempunyai
pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan ruang fiskal di Indonesia. Data yang
digunakan adalah data runtun waktu tahun 2001-2014. Model analisis yang
digunakan yaitu model ECM Domowitz- El Badawi. Hipotesis yang diajukan
dalam penelitian ini bahwa secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama terdapat
pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel subsidi BBM, harga minyak mentah
Indonesia dan utang dalam negeri pemerintah terhadap perubahan ruang fiskal
Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek dan jangka
panjang variabel subsidi BBM tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap
perubahan ruang fiskal Indonesia. Sedangkan harga minyak mentah Indonesia dan
utang dalam negeri pemerintah dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan ruang fiskal Indonesia.
Kata kunci: Ruang fiskal, subsidi BBM, harga minyak mentah Indonesia (ICP),
utang dalam negeri pemerintah (UDN), Error Correction Model
(ECM).

ABSTARCT

This research was conducted to determine whether the, subsidized fuel oil (BBM)
crude oil prices and government's domestic debt have a significant effect on fiscal
space in Indonesia. The data used are time series data start from 2001 to 2014
year. The analysis model which used is a ECM Domowitz- El Badawi model. The
hypothesis of this research shows that individually or jointly have a significant
influence on the fuel subsidy the price of crude oil and government's domestic
debt variables toward the Indonesia?s fiscal space.
The results showed that in the short term and long term the variable fuel subsidies
(BBM) has a no effect and there is no significant effect on the acceptance of
Indonesia's fiscal space. While the price of crude oil and domestic debt of the
goverment in the short term and long term has a possitive effect and significant
influence toward Indonesia?s fiscal space.
